Welcome to our colourful Victorian cottage in Hanham, well placed for days out in Bristol and Bath, visiting family nearby, or simply slowing down with local shops, cafes and pubs within easy walking distance. The house suits families and mixed groups particularly well. Guests often mention how much room there is to spread out, with comfortable living space for both children and adults. Inside you will find a warm, characterful home. Settle into the private living room for a cosy evening by the wood burning stove, with TV and fast WiFi for streaming, planning days out, or getting a little work done. The dining room is ideal for long meals and board games, and the record player adds a fun touch for nights in. If you like to self cater, the kitchen is genuinely well equipped, with oven and hob, microwave, fridge freezer, coffee maker and kettle, plus the cookware and dining essentials you need for family meals. A utility area with washing machine, dryer and drying rack makes longer stays simple. Sleeping is flexible for up to seven guests across three bedrooms, making it a great fit for family breaks, friends travelling together, or multi stop trips. There is one bathroom, but it is large, and includes a deep cast iron claw foot bath for a slow soak as well as a separate walk in shower. Step outside to a sunny private garden and terrace with outdoor furniture, perfect for breakfast, reading time, or an evening glass of wine. You will have a private entrance, easy self check in, and free on street parking nearby. Pets are welcome, and family items such as a high chair and travel cot can be provided. Getting around

PARKING: Free parking is available: parking on the single yellow line on the road in front and to the side of our house is restricted to certain times - between 6.00pm and 8.00am and all day on Sunday. There are no restrictions on the opposite side of the road or in the adjoining streets.
