The space

It suits solo travellers and couples who want an easy base for work or a calm place to return to after a busy day. Inside, the living space is set up for comfort and practicality. Settle in with the Smart TV and sound system, or get work done at the dedicated workspace. Heating keeps things cosy in cooler months, and a fan is available for warmer weather. The kitchen is equipped for everyday cooking with an oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, cookware plus the essentials for simple meals and breakfasts. For longer stays, you have access to laundry facilities including a washer, dryer and drying rack. The bedroom is designed for good rest with room darkening shades, fresh bed linen and useful storage. The bathroom is kept simple and clean, with hot water, towels and toiletries, plus a hair dryer. Step outside to the garden for a little fresh air between plans. The home is on the ground floor with no internal stairs, making it easy to move around. Location wise, you are well placed for North Bristol, with convenient routes towards Southmead Hospital, Filton and nearby business hubs, as well as local shops and cafes. A couple of practical notes to help your arrival go smoothly. The entrance can be tricky to spot at first and may be on a different road from what some mapping apps expect, so please follow the check in guide and photos provided. WiFi is provided for day to day use, and support is available if anything needs attention.
