Bishopston is one of Bristol’s most vibrant neighbourhoods and a fantastic base for exploring the city. The apartment sits directly on Gloucester Road, one of Bristol’s best-known independent shopping and dining streets, with cafés, restaurants, bars, pubs and independent shops all within easy reach. You will be spoilt for choice when it comes to food and drink, whether you are looking for a morning coffee, a relaxed lunch, dinner or somewhere to enjoy a drink in the evening. Gloucester Road has a lively atmosphere throughout the day, giving you plenty to explore without needing to head into the city centre. The location is also particularly convenient for sports fans. The Seat Unique Stadium, home of Gloucestershire County Cricket Club, is just off Gloucester Road, while Bristol Rovers' Memorial Stadium is also nearby. Both venues host sporting events throughout the year. When you want to explore central Bristol, you can walk downhill along Gloucester Road towards Stokes Croft and the city centre, or take one of the regular buses from nearby stops. Central Bristol's shops, restaurants, harbourside and attractions are therefore easy to reach, while the apartment's location gives you the benefit of having a lively local neighbourhood right outside your door.
Getting around
Gloucester Road has regular bus services into central Bristol, with the city centre also around a 25-minute downhill walk. The apartment is well placed for exploring further afield, with Bristol Parkway and the M32 both easily accessible, while northbound buses also provide a convenient route towards Cribbs Causeway.

Great place to stay, the only thing I’d be wary about is parking, it’s usually time based out in front, for proper parking you have to find a space on a RESIDENTIAL road nearby, do not park behind the property like I did. Other than that, the property has a washing machine, good decor, everything you really need to live, also local to a lot of restaurants, bars and shops, so the location is spot on. Property could be a bit cleaner other than that, for it being built in the 1800/1900’s it’s in good nick.
