We had an issue with accessing the app to get the check in code with 2 small children in the car, Harry called me straight away and gave me the code and made sure myself and the children got into the place and had everything we needed. Harry was beyond helpful and would 100% stay in a place using there services again! Thanks again for a great trip!
Such a beautiful and comfortable stay! Would definitely recommend. Perfect location, near Clifton Village and the Suspension Bridge. House was just the loveliest stay and was fully equipped with everything you would possibly need!
lovely place to stay
The place was incredibly well equiped. We found everything we needed at any given time. The sofa bed was surprisingly comfy. Host and people we met were very friendly and attentive.
The apartment was exactly as described and had everything needed for 4 guests. The communication for the host was excellent. Would happily return and recommend to anyone.
Hosts were very responsive with enquiries. We had several problems and they responded quickly. Apartment is very clean and well presented. Very good location. Wifi cut off a few times and had to be reset and limited mobile data reception on the street. Garden needs improvement so that guests can actually use the outdoor area.
