We had a wonderful stay in the Victorian house. The house is beautiful and spotlessly clean. We felt so much at home . Will definitely stay again.
The property was lovely to stay in, I especially loved the kitchen area with the table and sofa. The kitchen was very well equipped for cooking, although worth noting that there's no microwave. The host was really responsive and keen to recieve and respond to feedback, an issue we reported the first night was fixed the following morning. The decor was lovely, there is a great bread place just around the corner and its a short walk from Aldi, Lidl and a co-op. It has a basic garden, which was nice for our toddler to get outside and explore. Things to note (which may be addressed in time) the curtains let a lot of light through (we used a travel blackout for my toddlers bedroom), and the bannister spindles were quite wide (fine for adults, but I wouldn't leave a toddler alone near the landing). Street parking: we always found somewhere near enough but it wasn't always right outside. I'd happily stay here again and recommend it to others!
Great house in central locations. House was very clean and as advertised with plenty of space for a weekend stay. House needs a little upkeep as things like kitchen light switches are broken/tempremtnal and things like black out or darker curtains may improve sleep.
It was quite nice and cosy. Very comfy beds and the living rooms were comfortable.
A great house in a calm area. House has some lovely features like original wooden floors and doors. I think it could do with a little bathroom upgrade and a few small issues need dealing with. (Carpet stains, light switches not working kitchen kit a bit sparse - no sieves, tiny coffee pot etc) but management company are very quick to respond. In short a great property that would benefit from a few minor upgrades.
A nice stay in a clean house.
