Very good location with 2 decent bedrooms and a living room overlooking stokes croft. Essentially the best location. Easy to check in, fast to communicate, clear instructions. For parking: Park on the pavement in front of the house to offload you things and get them into the apartment. Then drive past the church, up to the bridge, turning left at the bridge then left again coming back down to the church. Just before the church is lots of on street parking that is free after 18:00.

Clean and cozy place, I felt at home, I highly recommend it.
