The space
Set within a Victorian townhouse, this pet friendly lower ground garden flat is a calm, stylish base for exploring Bristol on foot, with the city centre and Stokes Croft within easy walking distance. Guests often comment on how peaceful it feels at night, with a comfortable bed and sofa that make it easy to settle in after a day out or a work trip. You have your own private entrance, a private living room with Smart TV, and a full kitchen for self catering, plus a bathroom with a bath and shower. There is garden seating outside for a morning coffee or a quiet drink. The 500 Mbps WiFi is excellent for video calls, streaming, and remote work. As a lower ground flat it can feel cooler in summer and may be a little humid at times, so we provide air purifiers and dehumidifiers, alongside central heating for colder days. Parking nearby is usually paid and availability can vary, so please plan ahead if you are arriving by car. If you want a well located, comfortable place with great WiFi, a quiet night’s sleep, and an easy route into town, this flat is a great fit for one or two guests.

Exceptional
Had a great stay! The Basement apartment has been made to feel really cozy. We had the dog and the outside area was very useful. It has a patch of fake grass in it, with real grass at the end of the road (but looks out for glass). We stayed during a heatwave and the temperature remained really readable. The property has a fully stocked kitchen and a nice bathroom. The bedroom although slightly tiered was very comfortable and had a lot of storage! The property management company was really helpful and quick to action and respond to communication! Thank you! On street parking is tight, but we did manage to find a spare.Not the property's fault, but someone scraped our car, they left a note and were very apologetic. Bristol is a great City and we really enjoyed our visit.

We had a fantastic mini-break at the Victorian Garden Flat in St Paul’s Bristol…easy to find, and from the moment we parked up 2 doors down (we paid for 1 hour only and from 5pm Fri to Sunday parking was free) and from walking through the front door ) also easy, we loved the eclectic but comfortable furnishings, really important for feeling relaxed, and so many thoughtful touches throughout - considerate, gracious, very clean and welcoming. Great wifi and Netflix! Not that we had need of it, lol. Issa our host was a dream and so thoughtful. We also two sensational meals at Nadu, and Caper & Cure, within easy walking distance. We’d stay again in a heartbeat and told everyone to just go! Thanks so much, it was delightful, Anni & David 🤗
Would stay again
It's perfect for a comfortable couples getaway or could easily have a young parents or pet family. It very clean, comfortable bed and quiet neighbourhood, lovely bath. Would stay again.
This is a great stay in Bristol! This garden apartment is convenient, local and extremely walkable! I enjoyed my time at this location and would recommend to anyone looking for a local spot that is close to the city center with a lot of good food spots nearby.
